Objectivity when assessing a student's skill in practicing music needs to be evaluated. This form of evaluation can be done through an assessment of music practice. The PKM implementation method has stages, namely the preparation stage by coordinating with partners, the implementation stage conveying assessment material along with discussions and questions and answers, and the evaluation stage adjusting the results of activities in the form of rubrics that are worked on by participants with the conditions and situations of partner schools. The results obtained in this PKM are that participants have an objective view of the assessment of music practice and have an assessment rubric in determining the score of each music practice assessment criterion. With evaluation, it will continue to develop the assessment of the music. Through the Tanjungpura University Community Service program as well as the MGMP for Cultural Arts and also the Bengkayang Regency Education Office, the results of collaboration and friendship between implementers and partners have been.</p> Yudhistira Oscar Olendo Imam Ghozali Zakarias Aria Widyatama Putra Copyright (c) 2023 Yudhistira Oscar Olendo Oscar, Imam Ghozali, Zakarias Aria Widyatama Putra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2023-07-31 2023-07-31 5 2 104 111 10.35970/madani.v5i2.1726 Upaya Peningkatan Manajemen Proyek Pada CV Nabila Zafira Mahalia Melalui Aplikasi Clickup https://ejournal.pnc.ac.id/index.php/madani/article/view/1889 <p>At CV. Nabila Zafira Mahali (Nazma) the daily recap of the work of the creative team still uses Google Excel which is prone to data manipulation by people who are irresponsible and don't have a good history of data records, if someone makes a mistake. Recap for monthly reports takes quite a long time, if there is an error in awarding honorarium or there is data that is not appropriate then it is not immediately known by management, the creative team's daily work report has an indirect relationship to the finance department, or the part that regulates awarding honorarium, if the data entered is unclear or inappropriate, there will be a delay in awarding honorarium. Therefore training is needed in using the clickup application which can help the creative team's daily work recap. The process of implementing the training stages begins with an interview with director Nazma and documentation of the required data, followed by determining and creating training materials, and finally, continuing online training using Google Meet, with material using the click-up application, one of the template features, namely CRM (company management profile) in the template there is todo (work list), in progress (under construction), Ready (ready) and complete (finished) features, so that management can monitor the work of the creative team more clearly. In the results of the training evaluation, a score of 70% was obtained on the value of the questions on the benefits of training and project management control.</p> Norhikmah Norhikmah Wiji Nurastuti Rumini Rumini Acihmah Sidauruk Copyright (c) 2023 Norhikmah Norhikmah, Wiji Nurastuti, Rumini Rumini, Acihmah Sidauruk https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2023-07-31 2023-07-31 5 2 112 120 10.35970/madani.v5i2.1889 Strategi Pengembangan BUMDesa yang Berdaya Saing di Era Digitalisasi Melalui Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi https://ejournal.pnc.ac.id/index.php/madani/article/view/1890 <p style="text-align: justify;">BUMDesa must improve rural welfare in line with the digital era. In implementing the ADL program, there are obstacles, namely the difficulty of keeping up with advances in computer technology as a medium for supporting the learning of ABK students. Based on these problems, this community service aims to introduce ABK students to operating computers and teach them how to use Microsoft Word features that can be used to learn typing and others. The method used is hands-on training on basic introduction to computers and Microsoft Word applications. Of the 26 students with special needs at HS Lantaburo who were given the opportunity by the teacher to take part in the training, there were 3 students namely Autism, Dyslexia, and Down Syndrome (DS) due to limited computer equipment and training time. The context of the training is based on the participant's ability to answer every question posed in the training, starting from managing text, fonts, data storage, etc. Meanwhile, making tables still requires frequent practice. The results of the training were that Autism and Dyslexia student participants had the same range of intelligence so they could follow the training well compared to DS participants. This can be seen from the results of the evaluation carried out after the training activities. ABK students can improve their ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Word software, including the ability to type, edit, and format documents.
