Rancang Bangun CNC Ukir Kayu dengan Android

Abstract


Abstract - CNC (Computer Numerical Control) is a machine that works with pre-designed drawing instructions and uses files with the g-code extension. CNC is used for various purposes but has the same function and working method, which is used for engraving, carving, and others. This machine can function with the main component, namely the grbl controller board. The board is equipped with 4 pinout A4988 motor drivers which are used to provide logic to the stepper motor. The board can also be replaced with an Arduino equipped with a CNC Shield and the CNC Shield also equipped with a motor driver pinout. The 4 pinout motor drivers are used for axes X, Y, Z, and A. Each axis has a different direction, the X axis has a right-left direction, the Y axis is back and forth, the Z axis is up and down, on axis A is used as necessary. Actually, in general, CNC uses 3 axes, namely x, y, z. How this CNC works requires a connection from android to a CNC machine.
