Implementasi Metode Waterfall dalam Sistem Informasi Knowledge Management untuk Digital Marketing

Knowledge is an important asset for an organization. Knowledge management is deemed necessary to be implemented in organizations that involve many stakeholders. Knowledge management implementation needs to be applied by involving the use of information technology. This research was conducted to implement knowledge management, especially in the Kampung Marketer organization, where knowledge is an important factor and involves many actors whose business processes are related to digital marketing activities. The purpose of this research is to identify knowledge that can be mapped and produce a system as a medium for sharing knowledge. The research method used is the waterfall method. The results of this study are a knowledge management information system that has been implemented to facilitate knowledge sharing activities so that the data and information needed are identified and can make it easier for users to find useful data in fostering innovations related to digital marketing.
